Aster amellus ‘Vanity’

Flowerwise this Aster amellus cultivar is very similar to A. am. ‘King George’ but has a laxer habit allowing it cover a larger area. Very attractive and useful with a slightly tougher constitution than some of its other European cousins. Mildew free. Purple-blue flowers from mid-august. Needs good winter drainage. 60 cm.
